Boise Civic Trust, Inc. is organized as a nonprofit corporation. This page carries the institution’s governance record and is updated as that record develops.
Structure
- Legal form. Nonprofit corporation. Federal tax-exempt status: application in progress; this page will state the determination plainly when it exists, and tax language on contribution acknowledgments is configured to match the actual status at all times.
- Board. The founding board roster, terms, and conflict-of-interest policy will be published here as they are adopted.
- Records. The Trust operates on the principle that its public map, project records, funding disclosures, and completed-work records are themselves instruments of governance.
Funds
- Designated contributions are tracked against the named project, phase, or funding need.
- Funding status shown on any project derives from confirmed payment events, not projections.
- Grant applications and their outcomes are recorded; work that is not advanced is closed on the record, not erased.
Accountability
Meaningful administrative actions inside the Trust’s systems — publication decisions, funding changes, submission decisions, outreach — are written to an internal audit trail. Public records display their publication and revision dates.
